What Is Eurobike 2026 — and Why the Industry Shows Up
Eurobike 2026 brings the international bicycle industry together in Frankfurt from 24 to 27 June, putting sport, lifestyle and everyday mobility at the heart of the event — more compact, more focused and more future-oriented than ever. Organised by Fairnamic GmbH at Messe Frankfurt, this is the world’s leading trade fair for bicycles and pedelecs, now in its 33rd Frankfurt edition and entering a deliberate strategic reset.
The 2025 edition drew over 1,500 exhibitors and 31,270 trade visitors alongside an additional 30,420 bike fans over the weekend. For 2026, the organiser has sharpened the concept considerably: bicycle and pedelec manufacturers as well as associated parts, components and accessory manufacturers will remain the core content of Eurobike with their established point of contact in Halls 11 and 12. National and international suppliers operating in both worlds of the bike and ecomobility industry will be accommodated in Hall 8.

The result is a trade fair where every aisle is relevant. There is no longer a dilution of cycling content by adjacent vehicle categories — Eurobike 2026 is explicitly bike-first, and the cargo e-bike segment is one of its primary growth areas.
Dates, Hours & Ticket Structure
Eurobike 2026 will take place from June 24 to 27, 2026 (Wednesday to Saturday) in Frankfurt am Main: Business Days Wednesday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.; EUROBIKE Festival Saturday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
The first three days (June 24–26) are reserved for trade visitors, dealers, importers, OEM buyers, and press. Saturday is the consumer-facing Festival Day with public demo rides, live shows, and open access. For B2B visitors, Days 1 and 2 are peak networking days — book booth appointments before you land.
Ticket pricing tiers cover trade professionals, students, and public attendees. Critically: you will automatically receive an RMV day ticket with your Business Days ticket when purchased in advance online — meaning all Frankfurt public transport is covered on show days at no extra cost. Tickets bought on-site at the box office do not include RMV access.

Venue & Getting There: Messe Frankfurt
Venue: Messe Frankfurt Exhibition Center Ludwig-Erhard-Anlage 1, 60327 Frankfurt am Main, Germany
By Public Transport (Recommended)
Frankfurt’s integrated RMV network connects the entire city to Messe Frankfurt efficiently — and your advance ticket covers the fare.
- U-Bahn Line U4 → direct to Messe station (main entrance). This is the single fastest option from the city centre.
- From Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof (Central Station): U4 direction Bockenheimer Warte → 2 stops → Messe. ~6 minutes.
- From Frankfurt Airport (FRA): S-Bahn S8/S9 to Hauptbahnhof, then U4 to Messe. ~25 minutes total.
- From Frankfurt Airport long-distance terminal: S-Bahn direct to Hauptbahnhof, transfer to U4. Allow 30–35 minutes.
- U1, U2, U3, U6, U7, U8 all connect to S-Bahn lines S3/S4/S5/S6 at Hauptwache or Konstablerwache → then to Messe station.
By Car
The “Rebstock” multi-storey parking grounds hold 15,000 parking lots with a shuttle bus available to the trade fair grounds. Expect peak congestion on Wednesday morning (Day 1) — if driving, arrive before 08:30 or after 10:00.
Accommodation
Frankfurt’s hotel capacity near Messe is finite and fills early for Eurobike. Priority areas: Westend, Bockenheim, Sachsenhausen (all within 3 stops of Messe on U4). Mid-range options cluster around the Hauptbahnhof area. Book before May for reasonable rates — the summer conference season competes for inventory.
Floor Plan: How to Navigate Eurobike 2026
At the Frankfurt exhibition grounds, Eurobike will occupy Halls 8, 11, and 12. Four entrances, the test track with two new test areas, and a wide range of events create the ideal conditions for high visitor numbers.

Hall 11 — Sports & Performance Road bikes, mountain bikes, gravel, performance components, drivetrain systems, advanced materials. This is where tech-forward suppliers and premium complete bikes concentrate. Expect the highest density of component suppliers relevant to specification decisions.
Hall 12 — Leisure, Everyday Mobility & Global Sourcing In Hall 12, exhibitors present solutions for sustainable everyday and commercial mobility to key decision-makers in an international ecosystem. Cargo bikes, urban e-bikes, electric trikes, OEM/ODM manufacturers, and global sourcing partners are positioned here. This is the primary hall for cargo e-bike buyers and fleet procurement teams — and where United Mobility’s booth is located.
Hall 8 — Bike × Ecomobility Crossover Brands operating at the intersection of bicycles and light electric vehicles occupy Hall 8, covering shared mobility systems, fleet infrastructure, and ecomobility-adjacent products.
Outdoor Area & Demo Zones The extended outdoor grounds host the Demo Area (managed by GREENFINDER), a test track with two reconfigured sections, the MTB dirt track with live shows, and the Kids Area. Saturday’s Festival Day activates the entire outdoor programme. Cargo e-bike test rides are typically available in the demo area — verify with individual exhibitors for slot availability.
Key tip: The hall layout is compact by 2026 design intent. Unlike prior years, you will not need to walk between six halls to cover the cargo segment — Halls 12 and 8 together constitute the primary destination for anyone sourcing e-cargo and utility platforms.

Who’s Exhibiting: Key Brands & What to Watch
Eurobike 2026 arrives at a pivotal moment. Bosch eBike Systems has confirmed it will not exhibit, and Schwalbe has also withdrawn — reflections of the broader industry debate about show format and ROI. However, the show has retained and regained strong participation from across the value chain.
Companies such as Canyon Bicycles, Shimano Europe, Raymon, Hepha, Amflow, Mahle SmartBike Systems, Valeo Electrification, Panasonic Industry Europe, Gobao, Pinion, Rohloff, Belgian Cycling Factory, Gobik, Tektro Europa, FSA (Full Speed Ahead), Kenda Rubber, Deutsche Bahn Connect GmbH, Zweirad Union and Holland Mechanics will showcase their products and solutions.

Notable component and drivetrain highlights to follow:
Shimano Europe returns with an outdoor testing area rather than a conventional indoor stand. Shimano will set up an outdoor testing area allowing consumers to try the newest cycling innovations. For cargo e-bike operators who spec Shimano drivetrains — including the Alfine IGH and Nexus hub systems widely used in utility bikes — this is a valuable hands-on evaluation opportunity.
Mahle SmartBike Systems continues its mid-drive system expansion. Mahle’s CEO notes that there are just under a million e-bikes on the road worldwide fitted with Mahle products, and Eurobike will feature the M40 for e-mountain bikes. The Mahle system’s ultra-light profile (~1.9 kg) makes it relevant for premium longtail and urban cargo configurations where total system weight is a retail differentiator.
Pinion brings its MGU integrated motor-gearbox unit — a sealed, low-maintenance drivetrain architecture with demonstrated durability advantages for high-cycle commercial applications (postal fleets, shared mobility, service bikes). Pinion’s shaft-drive system eliminates derailleur and chain replacement intervals, which meaningfully reduces fleet maintenance cost over a three-year operating horizon.
Tektro Europa & FSA (Full Speed Ahead) occupy the braking and groupset specification tier relevant to cargo bike builders. For OEM/ODM buyers evaluating brake system choices against EN 17860 cargo structural requirements, both brands will have technical representatives on the floor.
Valeo Electrification En Panasonic Industry Europe address the battery and power management segment — increasingly critical as EN 50604-1 battery compliance tightens for cargo applications in the EU market.
The Eurobike Award ceremony takes place on the first day of the trade fair. All companies in the bike and ecomobility industry can participate — whether manufacturers, dealers or designers. Award-winning products are displayed in a dedicated exhibition zone throughout the show — an efficient way to identify breakthrough innovations without covering every booth.
United Mobility at Eurobike 2026
United Mobility (UM) — Wuxi United Mobility Technology Inc., unitedebike.com — exhibits at Eurobike 2026 with a portfolio spanning seven cargo e-bike platforms. With nearly 20 years of production experience, CE, TÜV, and E-MARK certification, and ISO 9001 quality management, UM serves distributors, private-label brands, and fleet operators across Europe through OEM and ODM programmes.

UM Vita — Semi-Reclined Senior Electric Tricycle
Type: Recumbent-inclined three-wheel electric trike for senior and limited-mobility riders Key specs: Low step-over entry&Low center of gravity; ergonomic semi-reclined seating angle to reduce lumbar and wrist load; stable three-wheel geometry; Adjustable ergonomic handlebar +wide seat; motor tuned for lower cadence inputs; Quick-release rear basket; hydraulic disc brakes Standout feature: The European 55+ demographic is the fastest-growing micromobility segment with the least representation in cargo brand portfolios. The Vita’s seating geometry eliminates balance anxiety at standstill — a critical adoption barrier for older riders — while the power delivery curve prioritises comfort over performance. For dealers in Germany, Austria, or Scandinavia with senior-focused retail, this is a differentiated SKU with very limited competition at scale. 🔗 UM Vita — unitedebike.com

UM Stretch — Foldable Longtail for Family & Urban Use
Type: Longtail cargo e-bike with foldable frame Key specs: Aerospace-grade aluminium frame; 250W Mid-drive Motor with 85N·m Torque Ensures Smooth, Confident Riding, Space-Saving Foldable Longtail Design; Integrated Safety Rail & All-Weather Canopy; Enclosed Child Seating for Family Use; Shimano Drivetrain; 672Wh Battery(Dual Battery Optional), Samsung Battery Cells; Hydraulic disc brakes Standout feature: The Stretch folds to elevator and apartment dimensions without sacrificing load-deck functionality — directly addressing the storage gap that prevents longtail adoption in space-constrained urban markets. For retailers in Amsterdam, Copenhagen, or Berlin, it’s the longtail that fits the customer’s hallway. 🔗 UM Stretch — unitedebike.com
UM SE — Low Step-Through Family Cargo, 4-Child Capacity
Type: Low step-over front-load family cargo bike Key specs: 300 kg (660 lb) total system load; cargo box rated for up to 4 children under 5 years with individual 3-point seat belts; 250W motor / 48V battery; 50–65 km range; Shimano 7-speed; hydraulic disc brakes Standout feature: The SE’s low crossbar geometry allows mounting even with a child already seated in the cargo box — a practical detail most competitors overlook. Its 4-seat capacity and safety rating exceed the majority of family cargo bikes in the current European market, making it structurally competitive for subsidy programmes in Germany (Lastenradförderung), the Netherlands, and France. 🔗 UM SE — unitedebike.com

UM Flow — Compact Reverse Trike for Urban Logistics
Type: Inverted-delta three-wheel cargo bike (two wheels front, one rear) Key specs: Hub motor, 55 N·m torque; Shimano 7-speed; max system load 200 kg; KENDA 20″ front / 26″ rear tyres; Low center of gravity; Dual-child cabin with 3-Point seatbelts; reverse function; boost mode; turn signals; hydraulic disc brakes Standout feature: The front dual-wheel configuration places cargo weight over the driven steering axle, eliminating the front-tipover risk common to loaded conventional box bikes. The result is a cargo vehicle that handles predictably fully loaded at urban speeds — critical for delivery fleets where rider safety and confidence directly affect operational efficiency and insurance cost. 🔗 UM Flow — unitedebike.com/e-cargo-bike-flow/

UM Flex — Modular Long-John for Family & Light Commercial Use
Type: Modular front-load long-john cargo bike Key specs: Flexible modular frame system; tool-free switching between passenger, child-carrying, and cargo configurations; dual loading platforms; MIK HD rack compatibility; Patented quick-release double kickstand; low step-through; Angle&height adjustable stem + seatpost; AirTag compatibility; hydraulic disc brakes; reverse assist (cargo version) Standout feature: The Flex addresses the single largest objection in family cargo bike procurement — operational lock-in to a single use case. By separating configuration from platform, a single Flex SKU covers school runs on Monday and grocery delivery on Saturday. For retailers managing limited showroom inventory across diverse customer profiles, this is a genuine margin efficiency. 🔗 UM Flex — unitedebike.com

UM Frontier — Heavy-Duty Modular Long-John for Commercial Fleets
Type: Commercial-grade front-load long-john cargo bike Key specs: Heavy-duty reinforced frame; modular cargo module system; designed for fleet operators and logistics brands; 340L Large cargo box with lockable half-open lid; high-load payload rating; one-touch reverse; commercial component specification Standout feature: Where the Flex targets family-and-light-commercial dual-use, the Frontier is commercial-first. Its frame engineering is benchmarked against high-cycle fleet use — postal services, municipal operations, micro-fulfilment — with the same modular cargo bay logic that allows operators to reconfigure between parcel, bulk, and tool-transport setups without purchasing additional platform units. For fleet procurement teams evaluating total cost of ownership over a 5-year horizon, the Frontier’s modular maintenance architecture reduces parts inventory requirements and downtime. 🔗 UM Frontier — unitedebike.com

UM Tiny — Ultra-Compact Foldable Cargo for Multi-Modal Use
Type: Compact foldable cargo e-bike Key specs: 50N·m hub motor; 36V 10Ah battery; quick-fold from 1,510 mm to 777 mm (fits standard car trunks); 14″ front / 20″ rear puncture-resistant tyres; front&rear loading platforms with quick-release basket; MIK HD rack system; AirTag compatibility Standout feature: The Tiny folds to car-boot dimensions in seconds, making it the right platform for: style-conscious urban female riders who need cargo capability without cargo bike bulk; multi-modal commuters combining cycling with public transport or car travel; compact urban households without dedicated bike storage; and family markets where a lightweight, versatile secondary bike complements a primary family cargo platform.🔗 UM Tiny — unitedebike.com
Frequently Asked Questions from Eurobike Cargo Buyers
Q: Do all UM models meet European e-bike and cargo bike regulations? All models are developed against EN 15194 (pedelec directive), EN 17860 (cargo bike structural safety), and EN 50604-1 (battery systems) from initial design — not retrofitted post-certification. CE, TÜV, and E-MARK certification covers the range.
Q: Are OEM/ODM services available for Eurobike-attending brands? Yes. UM offers full OEM (custom tooling and frame design) and ODM (component and aesthetic customisation on existing platforms) services. Private-label programmes, custom colour, branding, motor/battery specification changes, and bespoke cargo module development are all available. Contact the team at the show or via unitedebike.com to open a scoped quotation.
Q: What is the MOQ and lead time for European importers? Standard production lead time is 45–60 days from order confirmation. MOQs vary by model and customisation level. Flexible FOB, CIF, and DDP trade terms are available. Sample units for market testing can be arranged prior to bulk commitments.
Q: Why is Bosch not exhibiting at Eurobike 2026 — does this affect cargo e-bike sourcing? Bosch’s withdrawal reflects a strategic shift toward direct dealer events rather than trade fairs — it does not affect product availability or supply chain. For cargo e-bike buyers, the absence of Bosch from the show floor simply means that Bosch-specced models from exhibiting brands should be evaluated through the brand’s technical documentation rather than the Bosch stand. UM models are available with multiple motor and battery configurations to match different market and certification requirements.
Q: Is the Eurobike Demo Area relevant for cargo e-bikes? Yes — the outdoor Demo Area is one of the most valuable elements of a Eurobike visit for cargo buyers. Handling a fully loaded cargo e-bike at speed is a qualitatively different evaluation than reviewing spec sheets. UM encourages all visiting buyers to request a live test ride at or near the stand.
