- You want the subsidised and adaptive buyer → build the dealer relationships now. Rebates are redeemed at a register and adaptive purchases may require a fitting; both take twelve months to arrange, not a quarter.
- You’re competing on price → reconsider. Duty stacking and certification costs have compressed the low end, and the highest-volume incumbents already amortise tooling across large runs.
